This Privacy Policy describes how the Mikaela Montenegro Instagram messaging bot ("the Service"), developed and operated by Ayrton Cela ("we", "us"), collects, uses, and handles information when you interact with the Mikaela Montenegro Instagram account.

3. Data Storage
Conversation data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database hosted on Supabase. Your data is retained for up to 12 months after your last interaction, after which it is permanently deleted.
4. Third-Party Services
- Meta / Instagram Graph API — to send and receive Instagram direct messages
- OpenAI — message content may be processed by OpenAI's API to generate automated responses
- Supabase — secure database and storage
- Railway — server hosting
- Payphone — payment processing for artwork and merchandise
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Data is only shared with the service providers listed above as necessary to operate the Service.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time. To do so, visit our Data Deletion page or contact us directly.
7. Website Analytics
Separately from the Instagram messaging service described above, mikaelamontenegro.com collects anonymous, aggregate statistics about visits to the website — country, browser and device type, which pages were viewed, and whether key actions (such as starting a purchase or a workshop signup) were completed. This is used only to understand what to improve on the site.
This analytics system does not use cookies or any identifier stored in your browser. A visitor is only ever counted using a value computed on our server from your IP address, browser, and the current date, which changes every day and cannot be used to identify you or track you across visits. Raw IP addresses are never stored.
